Limited Warranty

Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC. provides a limited repair or replacement warranty for products and agrees and warrants only that its products, identified by the category below, will be fit for their intended purpose, merchantable, and without material defect in workmanship and materials for the period and types of products specified as follows:

A) Inflatable Movie Screen Frames manufactured by Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC: Three (3) year from the date of shipment to the Client.

B) Removable Movie Screens manufactured by Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC: Three (3) years from the date of shipment to the Client.

C) Customized Console configured by Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC: One (1) year from the date of shipment to the Client.

D) Other Equipment (not manufactured or modified by Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC): No warranty of any kind is extended by Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC, but Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC will, to the extent it can legally and contractually do so, assign to the Client, at the Client’s request, all warran- ties on such Other Equipment, if any, offered by the manufacturer or supplier of such Other Equipment.

All requests of the Client for warranty work and replacements are subject to product inspection.

Ordinary wear and tear will not invalidate Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC’s limited warranty, but misuse, im- proper handling or storage, setting up without a ground tarp to protect from abrasion, improper repairs, improper maintenance and care, or accidental, abusive or negligent treatment of the product will invali- date Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC’s warranty.

The Client must use anchors, stakes, and tie-downs (refer to the Owner’s Manual) at all times to ensure the safety of users and the equipment. This warranty is not a guarantee that the product will not through use, handling and storage develop tears or punctures from time to time, the repair of which is the respon- sibility of the Client. If a returned product is evaluated and found defective, and the warranty for such product is in force, Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to the Client; otherwise, all shipping costs will be borne solely by the Client. No statement, remark or representation of any employee or agent of Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC may vary this Limited Warranty unless in writing and signed by the Managing Director of Epic Outdoor Cinema, LLC.
